Returns & Refunds Policy – The Graded Gallery
All Sales Final
All sales made through The Graded Gallery are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Market value changes
- Disagreement with card condition or grade
Exceptions apply only where an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) Products
All sealed TCG products are final sale, including but not limited to:
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
- Tins
- Collection boxes
- Any factory-sealed trading card products
Once dispatched, sealed items cannot be returned or refunded, even if unopened.
Graded Cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.)
All graded cards are final sale.
- Grades, condition, centering, and surfaces are visible in listing images
- Minor slab marks or scuffs from grading companies are not considered defects
We do not accept returns or refunds based on:
- Subjective condition opinions
- Disagreement with the assigned grade
- Market fluctuations
Item Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thegradedgallery.com, providing:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the outer packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement where available, or a refund at our discretion.
EU & UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
Please note:
- Sealed TCG products and graded cards are exempt from change-of-mind returns
- Rights apply only where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described
